It started with a question left unanswered
Viva67 was founded in 2025 in Stein, in South Limburg, the Netherlands. We kept seeing it happen to business owners around us: a customer sends a question in the evening, the owner only sees it the next afternoon, and by then the customer has already gone elsewhere. Not because anyone is careless, but because there are only so many hours in a day.
We wanted to do something about that. Not a complicated software package you have to learn yourself, but a digital colleague that replies straight away, follows up properly and keeps track of everything in one clear CRM. You keep the overview and make the decisions. The routine work simply carries on, even when you're not around.
From curiosity to a company of our own
Viva67 wasn't built overnight. It started with curiosity, grew into an idea and became a business once we saw what automation meant for other people.
Learning how AI works
In 2022 Henk started taking courses in artificial intelligence. Curiosity quickly turned practical: he put what he learned to work straight away and automated his own tasks one step at a time. Along the way he discovered how much time disappears into work a smart system can handle just as well.
An idea left on the shelf
In 2024 the idea took shape: help business owners with digital colleagues. The plan was there, but the step to actually start it never came. It still felt like something for later, next to everything else that needed doing.
Time to begin
In 2025 it clicked. By then Henk had helped two good friends automate their work, without asking anything in return. Seeing how much time and peace of mind it gave them, he knew this was too valuable to leave on the shelf. He talked it through with Margret, and together they founded Viva67.
Those first two projects still shape how we work today. We start from your daily routine, build only what genuinely saves time and make sure you stay in control. Just as we did for our friends back then: with care, without fuss and with results you notice every day.
Two founders, each with their own craft
Henk Vinck
Henk is a content creator and the driving force behind Viva67's technology. Since 2022 he has immersed himself in artificial intelligence, from machine learning and prompt engineering to AI agents and the automation of complete business processes. He has also trained in the digital transformation of small businesses and in no-code and low-code development.
What sets Henk apart is that he always brings technology back to the day-to-day reality of a business owner. He doesn't start by asking which software you use, but where your day gets stuck. Which questions keep coming back? Which customer waits too long for a reply? Only then does he look at which digital colleague can take that work off your hands.
As a content creator he knows how much the right words matter. An automated reply should never sound like a robot. That's why, in every chat and every message, he makes sure your customers feel heard, even at moments when you have no time yourself.
Margret Peters
Margret is co-founder and responsible for the design and set-up of the digital colleagues. Where Henk makes the technology work, Margret makes sure it feels right, for you and for your customers.
She decides how a conversation unfolds: which questions the chat asks, in what order and in what tone. An installer talks to customers differently from a law firm or a hair salon, and you want to see that in every reply. Margret translates the style of your business into the way your digital colleague speaks.
The overview in your CRM carries her signature too. Leads, conversations and follow-ups are arranged so you can see at a glance what needs doing today. No endless menus, just a calm screen you actually enjoy using. That attention to detail is what separates software you use every day from software you quietly abandon.
